FOC REPORT #4 (2/03/2025)

This column will highlight items solicited each week during FOC that could be potential points of interest. Either brand new series, or something I think might deserve more attention (sometimes positive attention, sometimes not). These items are scheduled to ship to the store in about 3 weeks, but you should order them now to make sure that you get your copies (you can do so over here).

Remember, pre-ordering is your friend and ours. There are lots of items that we don't normally order or order only in small quantities. If there's something you really want, place an order with us! For more information on becoming one of our many happy comic subscribers, check out this page.

Incase you didn't know, we had a special discount running this weekend- if you Pre-Ordered your comics with us, you saved 10% on your order. Since I uploaded everything a little late today, the discount has been extended to tomorrow morning at 11am! Meaning you could get 10% off last weeks FOC, and this weeks.

After last week's lackluster FOC offering, I thought about maybe adding in some additional stuff from weeks that are further out... but I didn't go for it this week. Maybe next time... we'll see.

Now that that's all out of the way, let's get into this week's books. That's what you're really here for.

Aliens Vs Avengers #1 gets a 3rd Printing. Which means it's selling really well! If you haven't checked it out yet- this book is awesome. Now's the time to get in before they start doing Aliens Vs Avengers in live action... kidding... mostly... it could happen.

A really great cover on Batman '89 Echoes #6 for the final issue.

Nightmare fuel rendition of Joker by Rob Liefeld. He really wanted to try and out Tim Sale Tim Sale.

Doctor Strange of Asgard #1. What a wacky concept for a book! The description doesn't give away too much- mentions Loki is somehow involved.

A badass new printing for Fantastic Four #1 Facsimile drawn by Alex Ross. The cover of FF #1 is so iconic that if anyone else was doing it, it might be ruined... but because it's Ross, it's pure magic to look at.

It's finally time. Godzilla Vs Fantastic Four #1 kicks off this nutty Marvel crossover. Looks like Godzilla's going to be duking it out with a number of heroes.

I don't even know how to explain what's happening on this GL Dark cover.

Ultimate X-Men #13 has a sick Junji Ito nod on Cover A.

And this great Superman Cover.

...That's about all I've got this week. Sorry if this isn't incredibly entertaining for you, or if you're coming here looking for "spec worthy" books... this isn't really that. Maybe next week we can have Jay guest star for an article!
