What We're Looking For:

• Passion for Comics: Plain and simple- if you love reading comics, we want you on our team! Knowledge of Marvel, DC, manga, and independent comics is a major plus (but not a requirement as long as you're eager to learn).
• Customer-Focused Attitude: Whether you’re assisting customers in-store, helping with online orders, or resolving an issue, providing great customer service is a must.
• Team Player: We believe in creating a positive and fun working environment where everyone works together to make Big B Comics the best it can be.
• Attention to Detail: From organizing inventory to sorting customer pulls with care, attention to detail is key in ensuring our customers receive top-quality service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with finding products, making recommendations, and answering questions.
• Process online orders and manage inventory.
• Help maintain the organization and appearance of the store.
• Participate in promotional events, new releases, and in-store activities.
• Provide assistance in order fulfillment and packaging shipments.
• Help with general administrative tasks as needed.
